Ultra-low-power RTC with power requirements as low as 14 nA, 32.768 kHz crystal and integrated RC oscillator, crystal calibration to ±2 ppm, RC calibration to ±16 ppm, automatic RC-to-crystal calibration, watchdog timer, 256-byte RAM, 3 GPIO outputs, automatic VBAT switchover, external interrupt monitor, programmable low-battery detection and analog voltage comparator, 3-wire or 4-wire SPI up to 2 MHz, 1.5-3.6 V operation, -40°C to +85°C, 3 x 3 mm 16-pin QFN.
