Ultra-low-power RTC with power requirements as low as 14 nA, 32.768 kHz crystal and integrated RC oscillator, crystal calibration to ±2 ppm, RC calibration to ±16 ppm, watchdog timer, 256-byte RAM, 4 GPIO outputs, automatic VBAT switchover, integrated ~1Ω power switch, system sleep manager for host MCU power control, external reset monitor and reset output, supercapacitor trickle charger with programmable charging current, external interrupt monitor, I²C up to 400 kHz, 1.5-3.6 V operation, -40°C to +85°C, 3 x 3 mm 16-pin QFN, also available in wafer form.
